Hi all! I've got an end user machine where I'm trying to install the ODBC driver but every time I run it, the installer crashes with an error saying the installer has stopped working. Has anyone seen this before / does anyone have a solution?

It happens with both the full installer and the driver only installer.

I'm sure this has happened to me in the past, but the drivers were actually installed and worked ok. Just check in your ODBC driver list to see if the NetSuite entry is there.

Maybe check the event viewer for the specific error ... or try to install as the local admin account if its not already.

For me, it wasn't enough to select "run as administrator" in Windows. I had to log in with the local admin account to be able to install it.

Oh good idea. We were trying to install it with an IT admin logged in remotely as themselves. I'll ask if she can log in remote as Administrator
