Hi guys.. Is there a way to send an email remainder to users that have pending approvals? Is there a native way? Or do I need to create a script or workflow to achieve it?

This is fairly easy to accomplish with emails generated from saved searches. "Saved Search Email" Answer ID 8487 is a good place to start if you're unfamiliar with the concept.
