Is there anyway we can stop displaying child customer transactions under parent customers for certain customers ( assumption: flag in parent customer to mark if they want view child customer transaction) ? Thanks.

You'd have to script/workflow it to change the form based on the selected customer. The form would have any elements you wanted hidden on it.
