Does anyone know if you can restrict the global search to only transactions? Currently when I type in an item, the item record pops up, but also Images that contain that work. Can I turn the images off so they don't appear in the global search?

Hey Jordan, I don’t believe your specific questions are possible without customization but you could consider using abbreviations to reduce your results to the specific record type you are interested in. For example, SA: for sales orders, PU: for purchase orders. Alternatively, you could create a role w/o access to item records.

Thanks Nick. Just wanted to check as I figured that was the answer. I know how to use the abbreviations, but getting some of the employees to remember/use them is sometimes a chore so was just trying to make it simple for them. Thanks!
