Hi, has anyone else had batch order processing delays this past week? We can usually see our Orders Processed reports early in the evening but now we are pushing late at night for process to complete. Does anyone have any thoughts on changes? The number of sales orders hasn't really changed. Thanks for any feedback 🙂

Did you transition to OCI recently? That has caused a lot of performance issues for us and I know many others.

This wouldn't be an agreement thing. You/your admins would have gotten a notice that this was happening and when it occurred.

No, we haven't switched to the OCI yet. Any other thoughts?
