NetSuite Professionals

Users can globally search for custom trial balance that they don't have access to. It appears in the Global Search bar but they can't access it. The custom TB don't have anything under the Audience and Access subtabs. Also, the users are not the owner of the custom TB. How is this possible? Is it dependent on the standard report permissions in the role?

I've confirmed that it's because of the Trial Balance permission in the role. I tried to define the Audience and Access subtabs in the report to exclude certain users and roles but none of them seems to work. Permission prevails with regard to this if my tests are correct.
