Has anyone had any luck in getting NS to admit that performance degraded after the transition to OCI? Any luck getting them to actually do anything about it? I feel like I'm getting stonewalled by support and would really appreciate any advice or jedi mind tricks that seemed to work for others.

There have been some defects filed - it's definitely a real issue Defect 675015 impacted OCI Ashburn (you can see some info in the thread here from June 8th) That one caused significant impacts to our save/load time. This was ongoing for about 2 weeks before it was fixed.

We moved to OCI last year before SuiteWorld and there was defect filed at that time as well, so they are aware

Thanks! Although that's even more depressing if it's been over a year and things are still broken facepalm

My understanding/suspicion is that after an datacenter move, it takes some time for all database indexes and optimizations to be rebuilt, so the degradation lasts for a week or two until this is completed

Known defect. 6 weeks on we are still impacted. Push your account manager to find the relevant defect and get your Cases added to it. We've been assigned a 'Client manager' to take ownership of the issue
Our defect is "Defect: 675336 Issue Netsuite latency Increase after Maintenance > Increased server time"

You can email NetSuite support and ask them to attach your account number to defect mentioned above
