Hi All, Hope everyone doing well. Does anyone successed building custom credit memo workflow in NetSuite. Main problem we see is building custom workflow is Don't post the GL until order get CM approve. It would be greatly appreciates, if anyone share thoughts on how to clear obstacle.

No way to do it. Best option I've ever seen is starting with a Return Auth (which can have an approval process), which is then converted to a CM once approved.

Thanks for looking and providing your comments. I am thought the same 😊. As part from thinking other options likes enabling custom GL plugins or building custom records for approval and create CM only when it's approved
