Things @jen Learned Today: Don’t copy data from a Sandbox when setting up a new Sandbox, or doing a Sandbox refresh, or else all the URLs of files in your File Cabinet will be broken (scripts will be broken, etc).

You use the new ability to refresh a Sandbox from another Sandbox? That's disappointing it doesn't work easily, though not surprising. Is there a way around that issue that you've found?
