Where do i find this pdf form to edit. It doesnt seem to be listed when i pull up either PDF Layouts or ADV PDF Layouts.

you would think it would be there but it is not...

Man I would have bet money I've seen that out there. Have you recorded any finance charges? Even in a Sandbox? Maybe it's a deal like with some GL accounts where the form won't show up until it's used at least once.

I dont fully know the Accounting side of things (not my role) but it does look like theyve applied finance charges before to a specified GL account. Netsuite works in strange ways

I went into customization > Forms> Transaction Forms and the 'Standard Finance Charge' was there. Then you can see the printing template. Does this help?
