Does anyone know if the Employee set as the created by on an integration is required to have NetSuite access for it to function? Surely it is merely the token’s user that requires access?
I have a password expiration warning me that any integrations “owned” by the employee will fail.

Yes I believe that user will always need access granted for the integration to work

The employee record that is assigned the role used for the integration needs to have Give Access checked because removing the access will also remove the role and any user access tokens generated for that integration will no longer work.
