Is there a way to set the Date field on transactions as blank when creating a new one? I tried it via workflow by using the Static Value, Date dropdown and Formula box in the Set Field Value action but none seems to work.

Try using set field value in a workflow. Check the static box but no other settings Also try doing it on before user edit

I did try the Static box already. That didn't work. Let me try before user edit.
