If you get the right team at their end then it's a good experience since they're doing most of the integration work and you just need to make sure that the incoming data is clean and accurate.

As a vendor, they are EXTREMELY slow/non-responsive after initial setup--they work for our customer, not us--so make absolutely sure the initial setup is completed before you sign off on the setup.
