Is any of you using RF-SMART for your Inventory and Manufacturing process? How is it working for you? Will you be willing to jump on a call to share your experience? I will appreciate your help. Thank you.

From a consulting standpoint, customers have generally been happy. I had one that utilized a specific (and new at the time) product that had some challenges. Key question I would ask internally is "Do we execute NetSuite's process natively or have a lot of special cases?" Those will be important during the sales cycle.

What type of manufacturing are you doing?

Heard that Lot numbering is not handled well in RF Smart, if that's important to you.

I've had no issue with lot numbering that doesnt occur in NetSuite native

Hi Kevin, We are in the initial phase of implementing manufacturing in Netsuite. We built to order, with a multi-level Assemblies. I recently joined the company and they went live late last year. They got RF-Smart and it was way too early since nothing was fully implemented. We would like to use some of the functionality RF-Smart offers, such as Assembly Build, WO Completion, Issue Components, WO Reporting, Transfer Orders and eventually Stock Count; but we would like to talk with a couple of companies using it that are whiling to share their experience..
