Hi all! What permission is needed to configure a "Message" Saved Search??

I have both "PDF Messages" and "Track Messages" as List roles but still cannot see the option to create the Saved Search!

the usual is to use an administrator role to find the url needed to create your message saved search

and then goto that url using the role that is missing a permission

netsuite will prompt you to change roles and will list the missing permission

Thanks, I guess I did have access to it but it did not show up within the new saved search page - <https://REPLACE-sb1.app.netsuite.com/app/common/search/search.nl?searchtype=Message&amp;rectype=-1&amp;cu=T&amp;e=F>

It does happen occasionally with some permissions where you'll be able to navigate to the page if you have the link, but it won't show up in the menu structure.

I don't know what causes it, but usually in that scenario, I just bookmark it within NetSuite.
