Does anyone know what drives the Lock Icon showing on a record? We have three workflows that lock different record types. On Journal Entries an Icon shows that it is locked but on a Custom Transaction and Custom Records there is no icon. Is this just missing functionality? I never noticed but users keep submitting help desk tickets as they think something is wrong with their rights.

I see the lock icon on transaction where the Accounting Period is closed.
