Hey guys, I had a question about Salesforce to Netsuite integrations. I wanted to know if anyone has successfully used a platform that has integrated both with flexibility. Ideally we'd like to sales to be strictly based in Salesforce and not touch Netsuite, because we have a limited # of licenses. The issue we face is that Salesforce has no order booking system (delayed inventory quantity) and that Netsuite promotions and discounts weren't able to sync over with the integration platform we previously used (Celigo). Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome from anyone who has solved this issue or if it's simply just asking too much of one system.

Hey Brandon - full transparency, I work at Celigo now, but used it at a prior company for a variety of integrations. When you say Celigo wasn't able to sync promotions and discounts, was it because you were using the pre built integration app that we offer? Given how custom Salesforce and NetSuite tend to be, the app doesn't fit every use case. Did you try building custom flows to handle this?

Tyler - I'm assuming you mean custom flows with the Celigo platform ;) . While that functionality is not out of the box with the prebuilt I'm pretty sure it should be doable with Celigo integrator.io

Hey Tyler, yes we did get the out of the box connector for the integration and never got custom flows built.

I've used celigo before for the same integration. We ended up building a custom API from our drupal platform to replace it eventually to deal with having to baby the API in some instance.
