Hi,
I'm having trouble giving a role the permission to view all customers. The role already has the full "Customers" list permission. Any ideas?

Under the role there is a Employee Restrictions drop down, do you have that set to “None - No Default”

Thank you! How about this permission question- one of my roles is missing a report in the global search bar. However, when I paste the URL from when I try running the report when I'm logged in as his role, the report runs. Any ideas?
Thanks, the previous answer fixed the next problem as well.
