Any reason why only one user would experience frequent system logouts? No integration, no encrypted CC, no different environments and not shared login
r
Bad connection maybe?
s
But happens often to her and from office and home
z
Check out Login Audit Trail
s
I did there are only two IP address that's for home n office
m
What is "frequent"
s
Hmm good question - for now I told her to clear cache and try different browser, Hope that solves it but if it doesn't we might have different issue on hand but the fact that she is the only one experiencing this it tells me cache n browser should fix
j
I mean it's not on a per-user basis, but you might also check your idle session timeout settings in Setup > Company > General Preferences just to see what you have it set to and then ask the user to time it and see if it's logging out before then. Then at least you have a solid case with a specific example to go to support with.
s
It's 180 mins on general preference and user says it logs her out in middle of transaction
m
180mins log out isn't always true.
For users logged in with a role that has permission to view unencrypted credit card data, idle session timeout occurs after 15 minutes of inactivity. This restriction is in compliance with section 8.1.8 of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Requirements and Security Assessment Procedures, version 3.2. (Since 2017.1)

Yeah I checked that , this user doesn't have that permission
m
She is either accessing other netsuite subdomains (sandbox, debugger, etc) or I bet she has something in her computer that is very restrictive with cookies on her pc/browser.
s
No SB n no reason to go to release preview, I asked her clear cache
N use different browser
m
She could also be working behind a firewall?
Been there done that with Military access and NetSuite. What a PITA
s
Hmm I didn't clarify that but she said it happens at offend her house both
