04/28/2022, 6:39 PMHmm good question - for now I told her to clear cache and try different browser, Hope that solves it but if it doesn't we might have different issue on hand but the fact that she is the only one experiencing this it tells me cache n browser should fix

04/28/2022, 7:26 PMI mean it's not on a per-user basis, but you might also check your idle session timeout settings in Setup > Company > General Preferences just to see what you have it set to and then ask the user to time it and see if it's logging out before then. Then at least you have a solid case with a specific example to go to support with.

04/28/2022, 7:33 PMShe is either accessing other netsuite subdomains (sandbox, debugger, etc) or I bet she has something in her computer that is very restrictive with cookies on her pc/browser.
