Hi All, Thanks for your time. We are facing an amount difference between webstore > order total amount and eWay Payment portal > order total amount. We implemented eWay 3D Secure external checkout on our sandbox webstore. Now, on webstore checkout > Review page, when we click on Continue to External Payment, we get redirected to eWay sandbox Payment portal. But eWay Payment portal is excluding the shipping charges from order total. For example, on website, order amount=25.3 (20 + 10%tax + shipping charges) but in eWay payment portal, order amount=22 (20 + 10%tax). Does anyone know why eWay is excluding shipping charges from orders placed from NetSuite? Is customization for controlling this possible on NetSuite or SCA side?
