Hello,

When we are trying to register a user in our SuiteCommerce webstore, we get this error:
```An error occurred during registration. Please try again.```
If we click the “Register” button again, the error goes away and the user gets registered successfully.

I did some research and found this article: <https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28803>
But it did not help us.

Can anyone give some inputs regarding this issue?

It is strange but we don’t see this error in our own dev environment, only in client environments.

When we activate the SC base theme, this issue goes away. Only if we use one of our custom themes then we get this issue.
