that also depends if you have refreshed from the prod. With the new release, you can now refresh sandbox from another sandbox account (under the same company)

Thanks, @NickSuite! I wish we had multiple sandbox accounts! We've been live almost three years, and we've only refreshed once - ~ 2 yrs ago! Perhaps another sandbox is something to negotiate on our next contract renewal. 😆
