So if I understand I can developp that logic with angular and integrate it as a suite app in netsuite?

The approach we take with these is to develop the angular app and have it call a custom RESTlet or Suitelet as the backend API

I still have to admit that I don't see how to develop this logic with angular and then integrate it for example into a workflow on netsuite or even attach it to task, phone call and event forms.
