Hi, I am looking for developing a saved search to verify if admins have modified approved JEs after posting. Has anyone developed a saved serach like this? If yes, please provide the details/logic to pull the exact data. Thanks in advance.

I would think you would first need to create a checkbox on the employee record to signify that the user is an "Admin". Then you could create a system notes search for those employees marked as Admin = T and the context/criteria you want for modified JE.

Hi Sam, in the 2nd formula (text), I see 1,4000 and dense_rank). Should i use this formula as is or change anything in this particular section? Also, do I need to add anything more in the criteria or summary tab? I see the logic is only added to results tab. Please let me know when you get a chance. Thank you so much again for sharing this.
