Hi everyone, Trying to start using Items on our Opportunity records, however, whenever I go to add an item it says there are No Results. The items list is completely empty. Is there some setting on the item record or in preferences that I need to set to make items available to opportunities?

There's a lot of settings that could affect this. The main one that people get caught by is the different item types when you create an item. If it's not set as one of the types that allows selling the item, it won't show on any sales transactions. E.g. an inventory item "for purchase" would not show on opportunity, but an inventory item "for sale" or "for resale" (shows on both sale and purchase transactions) would.
