Any one have any detailed instructions on moving from Netsuite.com to Netsuite2.com for the connect service? I'm not familiar with this process and haven't found much information from SuiteAnswers.

There is no universal way to do this conversion, since NetSuite.com’s schema users your account’s specific UI labels for the column and table names, which may not match anyone else’s. The highly over-simplified version is that NetSuite.com is usually based on UI labels, while NetSuite2.com is based on the script ids. There are exceptions in both schemas, though, which make the conversion difficult.

So I am a finance person and have kind of fell into this role so I can not well versed on the technical aspect 😫 Sounds like this is not something I can accomplish on my own

So, the big question is: are you being forced to make this transition? Generally companies that already have NetSuite.com are not having access to it removed. IT is deprecated for future new uses, but so far as I know you can still use NetSuite.com for any existing uses of it.

The email mentions "required" but as I read it again it seems more so a requirement to avoid possible connection issues. Might be okay to keep it as is but I'll confirm. That would definitely be ideal.
