Hi all,
From your experience, What is the number of journals or records that once an account reached, you start to feel slowdown in performance?

One of our clients have like 3M custom records and 3M journals, and the system started to be very heavy. I mean, PostgresSQL can can way more than that without any problems, am I missing something?

each of netsuite's server process data for multiple account, and performance will be related to how much server resources each of those accounts use

you  probably share with fewer accounts at higher tiers, but it looks like that record count is standard tier
