NetSuite has a "Replenish Location By Inventory Transfer" option, which allows us to restock Location B from Location A, which is great. But it creates an Inventory Transfer which instantly changes inventory numbers in both locations. Instead, we'd like it to create a Transfer Order, so a pick ticket will print in Location A, we will create an Item Fulfillment, ship it, and receive the items in Location B on an Item Receipt. Anyone know if this is possible?

You should be able to do a "Replenish Location By Transfer Order" instead of the "Replenish Location By Inventory Transfer". Then you'll end up with a TO you can approve and fulfill as needed.
