What determines who is part of -My Team- when it comes to saved searches? I'm trying to see all the Sales Orders entered by people under me but no results show when selecting Created By = My Team The employee records in NetSuite show me as their Supervisor - but do I need to be listed as something else for them to be part of "My Team"?

I think the problem is from the created by field. I have always had trouble using that field as a filter I've had to create a custom field that copies the created by and use that as filters in saved searches I get the same trouble with. Created From field too
