Hello! Anyone familiar working on CITIBANK Banking Import using SFTP? We wanted to configure the timing when NS picks up the bank file from Citibank server. Currently it is scheduled at 8am EST, anyone knows how to configure/change this? Thank you!

Its a customization. If you use the standard setup (FI), you have no control of when you pick up your mt94x files There is a small work around (for the standard solution), if you spotted that the connection is also triggered on the edit/save you could potentially use a scheduled script that will edit and save the FI record to trigger it on demand. But the normal scheduled FI trigger is controlled by NS, and it isn't 8am sharp either.
