Any suggestion for a 3 way bill matching application? We are using SquareWorks Advanced Bill Management, but looking for other alternatives, since we have issues with it.

Just curious is the issue in the app(functionality) or you have a unique use case?

Our biggest issue is the OCR part of Squareworks ABM that users feel have issues recognizing information and matching data to Netsuite. I know it might be too much to ask, but the OCR and Invoice/Bill matching process does not recognizes duplicates or if an Vendor Invoice has been already processed.

@mescalante The duplicate detection is handled by native NS. Do you ever see an alert when trying to save a bill that the bill is a possible duplicate?

Oh sorry I thought you were looking for some sort of approval process if bills do not meet your 3 way matching criteria If your looking for better OCR then that would be different 3 rd party applications. I've had a pretty good experience with Tipalti or AvidExchange. But overall OCR tech is what it is. It doesn't change a ton from provider to provider
