Our IT department just reach out to us to ask if there is a way we can send email from Netsuite and it will look like it's from our company domain instead of the system@sent-via.netsuite.com Right now we are spoofing the address and we risk getting these blocked in spam. IT is asking if they can get access to DNS where we can add a record for Netsuite and a dmarc and get this working better. • Where is this done? • Is this something that can be done in the "Domain Keys" section under Setup > Company > Email Preferences?
d
Yes, you need to generate a DNS entry in email preferences, then add a corresponding TXT record to DNS in whatever system you use to manage your domain name.
c
It's all in the documentation. This is where you need to start: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/book_1556559731.html

Got it. I looks like I was in the right direction, but I don't have experience doing this. • Will I mess things up if if create a DNS entry in Prod to test there?

Give your IT people the documentation & netsuite access & let them sort it out
