Hi All, quick question. I tried to change my status to "Lost Customer" from old status which is "In Discussion" then change it back to "In Discussion". My expectation is when I checked the system notes Old Value should be "In Discussion" &gt; then "Lost Customer" but when I checked "Lost Customer" turns to be the Old Value :thinking_face: Anyone can explain this?

I think I know now what's happening here, since the status change is running at the same time (i log the time). There's a possibility that the system notes was not able to capture the old value
