Hi, does anyone know why the Tolerance fields on the vendor record is not editable and read only. It cannot be imported too🤔

Did you check for workflows/scripts running on Vendor records? I don't think it's normal those are locked, but if you installed some bundle using those fields, I could see where there might be a workflow locking them for some users.
