Permissions Issues: we have a few dashboard Task _saved searches (_with joins to custom transactions) that we are unable to populate for non-Admin roles. We need the searches to be editable, so we can NOT use the 'run unrestricted.' I've added just about every permission I can think of. Any suggestions? These same searches populate just fine when the Task is linked to regular Sales Order.

roles must have proper permissions for the record types used in your search, otherwise they wont be able to edit or even view.

Try viewing one of the custom transactions in your admin role then copy the url and send it to one of your users with the roles having an issue NetSuite should display an error with what permission you need
