I don't see how. The location isn't even an editable field on the ownership transfer. You take ownership in the location where the PO is.

You have to take ownership at the location that's on the PO and therefore the location that is on the Inbound Shipment Line If this doesn't work for you then don't use the take ownership functionality. Instead perform journal each month
