Scenario: we have 10 items in stock, sales order comes in for 1, warehouse guy picks one and is about to pack and ship it, discovers that the item is no good. How do I get that one item out of NetSuite, and decrease the asset value ?

Transactions > Inventory > Adjust Inventory.
