Does netsuite have any record that we can use for bidding offers before we place a purchase orders? we just need something to keep track of all offers that make to vendors before we place an order with them.

@Livio Thats a part of Advanced Procurement module of NetSuite, where you can create Request For Quotation against the Vendor and receive Vendor responses against them and use it to create a PO.

In addition it's noteworthy to point out that the RFQ transaction can only generate a purchase contract and then you need to make purchase orders assigned to each contract
At least that is how I remember it working

I see, that makes sense. Then it might work for you. The last thing is it's meant to work within the Vendor Center so vendors can update their own RFQ with their bids. If they don't have the Vendor Center then your sourcing/purchasing team will need to manually enter all the information into the RFQ themselves.

Our last renewal had it at $23,998 for 12 months as the list price. Not sure what your discount is, but that was the list price

You might also be able to use SuiteBuilder to track these with custom records. Custom Records are pretty powerful and can be created/formatted to do all sorts of things. Then if linked with workflows it can do even more automation and control for you
