Hello everyone, hope you're having a great day. We are using Celigo to flow our orders from Shopify to Netsuite. We have orders that are coming in that haven't been paid, and thus marking them pending approval. This causes the items to not be committed until they are approved. Is there a way to have the items committed on the orders so that we don't sell them out by the time the customer makes a payment? Thanks in advance.

You will have to bring the sales orders into Netsuite with a pending fulfillment status So either don't bring the sales orders into NetSuite until they are ready to be shipped Or bring them into NetSuite then have a different field on the sales order to indicate when the sales order should be shipped
