Everyone still getting poor performance since migrating to OCI. NetSuite support are advising it is within parameters. I keep pushing back but advised there is nothing that is defective. Example for a custom record: Total 20.764 Server 20.141 (97.00%) Server Suite Script 0 (0.00%) Server Workflow 0 (0.00%) Network 0.165 (0.79%) Client 0.458 (2.21% We are experiencing long server response times for most records, but more evident on transactions (SO, PO, IFUL) and Entities, both VIEW and EDIT. We have scripts and workflows executing, but nothing has changed since the move to OCI - apart from the slower server response times. Example SO VIEW: CLIENT: 2.35 NETWORK 0.6 SUITESCRIPT: 5.1 WORKFLOW: 0.7 SERVER: 33.9 TOTAL: 36.917 The main scripts on beforeLoad are AVALARA and a Tax script written by NetSuite. Might be worth clarifying what record/operation that is - or posting the figure for a sales order load, so people can provide comparative figures you can chuck back at support.
33s server response on SO view is completely unacceptable. Ours is < 2s and we've got a LOT of records of every type. Have you provided a screenshot with an example like this to support? If so, and they're still saying it's within parameters, you really want to take the matter up with your account manager.

@PlanetJupiter We are noticing the same after the OCI move. I'm about to give them a call to get a ticket going. Even typing something into global search seems to take much longer.

Logged with Support and Account Manager (but account managed advised we need to go via support). A defect has been files as U5. Really struggling to get it escalated.

Hopefully enough tickets will open for them to admit that it's an issue with something they did. We're having dashboards/KPIs that won't even update and just spin. 😕

@dansteg Happy to DM you our ticket ref if you want to quote it to them, and vice-versa?
