Hi all - im trying to work on our back order log how do i differentiate ecom back order vs wholesale back order - is there a way to separate them or filter?

Add a custom field to the sales order that contains a list with 2 values: e-commerce and wholesale By doing this you'll be able to easily differentiate

If you go to customization > lists, records & fields > click transaction body fields > click new
