Does anyone else have to fight with the dropdowns when editing/creating a search? I usually type the first few characters of the field I'm looking for and it works fine for the first few lines, but after that they stop responding to keyboard input. After that it's pretty random when it wants to work. Sometimes after typing the first few characters of a field, I'll click the dropdown to select the field I want since it should have navigated close to it, but then the damn box to refine criteria/add multiples pops up abruptly. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just poor design? I can't be the only one.

Just bad Netsuite UI design/behavior.

Yeah. It's certainly not a good user-experience. When it happens, you can quickly press <right-arrow><left-arrow> and then type the next column name. Since my hands are already on the keyboard, then is faster than reaching for the mouse and clicking.
