Where do you change the contact us email address on SCA?

I don't think SCA automatically surfaces it, so what extension or customisation are you using? Or, in other words, where is it being shown to customers?

It's shown on the footer, under footer link, I think it creates the lead or case, it doesn't send any email, but I would like to know where is the form that is used to create the lead
