How do you handle item revisions, do you create new items for each revision?

That's the NetSuite answer. Depends on what you really need, is it a BOM Revision? Purchased Item Revision? What do you want out of it, is it just an indicator on POs? If so on the last question you can add a custom field to an item master that flows through to the transaction.
