Hi, our contacts ended up having more than 1 company due to a problem in the upload. So we want to get rid of the extra company. Is there a way to mass delete that wrong company?

There is no out-of-the-box solution for mass delete. To override that, I’ve done a trick: Custom Mass Update script • mass update script is simple record.delete • deploy mass update to desired record type • From the UI menu, initiate “mass update” and create saved search criteria what records (rows) you wish to delete

Hopefully this will work - Try again importing/updating the parent company for contact, but this time make sure to check "OVERWRITE SUBLISTS" option under the Advanced options section while importing @Pong Bautista
