I am having trouble creating a custom Customer Statement form and getting it to be the form that is actually used by the Generate Customer Statements Screen…. Anyone have success doing this? I have created the custom HTML/PDF Form for Statements. I have ensured it was the Preferred form, but it is not being used and I cannot find preference to set it to be used? Thoughts?
