Anyone else ever run into issues of balances not tying/updating when an entry was posted into the year before prior year? Accounting made an entry into 2019 and the overnight data load wasn’t updating the balances correctly. Our ACS consultant is testing clearing ALL balances and bringing in balances monthly but it seems crazy to me that this wouldn’t work through the regularly nightly load and we’d have to do the work around
