basically a table that holds subrecord data, or inventory detail data?

the alternative is to make the <https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/report/dataset.nl?recordType=transaction|dataset> in the ui, then get the <https://system.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_157960522744.html|suiteql> that netsuite used to generate the dataset
