Doubt you will get much help, there just doesnt seem to be much about User Notes exposed to SuiteQL

Yes I believe you are right. I see now that the fields are visible in the schema browser (as part of the Note table), but not accessible using suiteql. I had thought maybe I was overlooking an intermediate table to join with.
