Never had any luck. I have a regular clash with a UK client account in a Pacific time data centre. NS answer is to pay for a exclusive hosted instance.

I got my answer: Basically "you're on a standard service, only premium service accounts can change the maintenance window" and "we've given you notice, plan accordingly"..
